Privacy Policy
We primarily collect data through our sign up form on our website. We use that data for the express purpose of creating a client file, and initiating contact with the client in order to complete the services that the client has requested. We do not use marketing campaigns using email or SMS messaging, nor do we send unsolicited marketing communications. Any data we collect, should the potential client change their mind and not secure our services, is regularly removed from our systems. We do not engage in distribution or selling of any data collected from prospective or actual clients.
If you provide your telephone number you have opted in to receive SMS communications, for which data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. AFACT does not regularly communicate via SMS message, unless initiated by a client. We will only send SMS messages after we have received one from a client. If you would like to stop receiving all SMS messages from AFACT, please reply STOP.
Data Security
Data provided to AFACT should only be done so through secure, encrypted means such as Intuit Link. Any data provided via SMS message or email is done so at the risk and liability of the individual providing that data. AFACT takes responsible and appropriate data security measures, within our reasonable means, in order to ensure that all data we require to keep is kept on secure devices, and access is limited only to individuals who require use of that data in order to complete their specific job duties.
AFACT does not sell data, nor share it with any third parties. We take your data security seriously, and take every reasonable measure to protect it, including removing it from our systems if we determine there could be a potential threat to the security of such data.
